Meeta - Image 1 "Another great installation by Matt of our electric shower. Matt is a wonderful plumber and very trustworthy. We use him for all our plumbing needs. He also recently fixed our leaking toilet and fitted another mixer shower for us. We wouldn’t use anyone else!!"

"I would not recommend. Charged us two callout fees (GBP >100) for a problem that he had misdiagnosed on the first visit. Problem came back after a few hours."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we’d like to clarify what happened. On the first visit, we identified a noisy valve, resolved the issue, and demonstrated to you on-site that the noise had stopped. At that time, you confirmed you were satisfied with the work. When the noise returned the following day, we explained that it could be caused by a different component and returned to replace that as well. As two separate visits and repairs were carried out, charges were applied accordingly. We always aim to be transparent and to resolve issues when they arise, and we did return promptly to investigate further. Unfortunately, intermittent, or secondary faults can occur, which is why a follow-up visit was necessary. Kind regards MT Plumbing and Heating."

glenn - Image 1 "Matt was recommended by a friend and gave a fair quote and timescale for a shower fitting including the tray, enclosure, flooring and even got a contact to do a small plastering wall also. we are more than happy with the outcome and recommend this hard working kind and helpful tradesman to anyone."
