"Fantastic work by Marcus, Mick and Lewis. We had a leak in our roof, which turned into needing the whole thing replaced. Partway through the job, they realised more work (and money) was needed. Rather than just going ahead, Mick and Marcus walked through the issue with me, showing me the parts of the roof which were, frankly, dangerous, and then asked for my consent in sourcing more materials at a slightly increased cost. I would 100% use them again, and will be asking them to return to quote up for other work which we would like done in the new year."
