    John - Image 1 "The scope of this work included the removal of existing hedges, conifers, shrubs and lawn. The installation of new stonework utilising 100mm sandstone setts and slabs and resin bonding as per the design supplied by our designer to an exact specification. In addition was the requirement to improve the soil and drainage, grade and lay the new lawn areas, and to completely rake out and repoint the existing patio area that wraps around the house. The work was started in January and Mark and his sons turned up early each morning without fail and worked relentlessly through the day. The project was completed to time and cost, in spite of some very wet and rainy days. I cannot fault the standard of workmanship and the effort that M&S Garden Services put into getting the stonework perfect and in meeting the full design requirements. Communication was excellent and they were happy to accommodate additional works as required. I would happily recommend M&S Garden Services to friends and family."

    "The trader came to do our terrace last October. He came by a few times to measure up, was very friendly, did the work at a good price and left the terrace looking great. However, since then, one of the front facing tiles has come loose. Despite an initial promise he'd come by to fix it, he's gone completely silent - which is disappointing. A tile shouldn't come loose after half a year but if it does, we feel that should fall within a normal warranty/service. But apparently it doesn't."
