    "High quality work from a knowledgable, professional & tidy builder I’m a landlord, and Mick came to my property to quote me for works to prevent damp and mould. He spent extra time giving me lots of advice, not only on humidity control, but also about regulations for landlords and ensuring that the right things are in place for tenants. Mick sent me a quote and then answered some more questions I had quickly. When he returned to do the work, he arrived on time, explained his plan and did the work to a high standard, taking his time when coring through my walls was more difficult than usual due to high-density brickwork. His team had laid out carpet protection and set up bags sealed around the equipment and wall to catch the dust, so they barely left any marks on walls and did a great job of cleaning up - you’d never know they were there afterwards. I’m really pleased with the vents that Mick and his team have installed, they’re honest grafters and I’ll use Mr R Construction again."

    "Mick provided an outstanding service. Would highly recommend. I needed damp-proofing work on the walls of my flat. Air bricks, cutting back external render, removing a defective drain left by previous builders, installing a French gully, fixing leaky roof gutters and plastering indoors. Expert, honest advice throughout. Took the time to explain everything. Didn't push me into any particular work. The work itself was very thorough. Great attention to detail - went the extra mile with awkward jobs to make sure everything is functional. I was stressed about the damp, but no longer! Very happy."
