    "Found Mark (Mr Property Maintenance)through trustatrader, and was impressed by feedback and on meeting Mark decided to go ahead with shower replacement which was in a sad state.He planned for us an enlargement of existing space and discussed in detail the tiling and fittings best suited. We needed someone who could be trusted and to undertake everything including disposal of rubbish. Mark and his part time assistant Robin worked with pride and efficiency . Maybe a job like this could be done quicker by others, but not I guess to a better standard. Anyway a job well done!"

    Dave - Image 1 "This is the second job that Mark has completed for us, he recently updated our ensuite and changed our downstairs loo into a shower room. This job was to replace our hallway floor with slate tiles, taking them into our office and cupboard too. As always Mark was helpful and professional throughout the process and we are delighted with the results. we really rate Mark and already have him pencilled in for another job. We would recommend Mark to anybody who needs work to update their property, we could not have found anyone better, thanks Mark! :)"

    Dave - Image 1 "Can't thank Mark enough for the new ensuite and downstairs shower room he has created for us, we absolutely love them both, really exceeded our expectations. Mark is a lovely guy, friendly, professional and polite, his standard of work and attention to detail are second to none. Mark was very helpful with advice, especially on how to change our downstairs toilet into a shower room, which has turned out amazingly even with the limited space and awkward shape. We would be happy to recommend Mark to family and friends for any work they required, and have already booked our next job with him! Thanks for everything Mark, it has been a pleasure having you in our house and getting to know you over the past few weeks, see you soon."
