"Marcin and Radek did such a fantastic job for us last year that my partner and I decided to use them again for a larger project. This involved wall demolitions, chimney stack removal, installation of a structural steel frame and beam, complete new kitchen, and a clockroom to WC conversion. Needless to say a significant undertaking that required careful planning, structural reports, design drawings and steps to comply with building regulations. Radek was a consummate professional throughout the planning, design and build process. He clearly understood the architectural drawings and structural plans. He was also flexible with our needs and offered daily progress updates so that the project could work around our lifestyles (we could continue living at home throughout). Even after discovering a small pipe leak one weekend, Radek was here in a flash to fix it. My partner and I are delighted with the final result and our new happy home is a testament to the MR Design & Build service."

"Marcin and Artur completed a number of jobs at our old cottage including removing brickwork to create a fully plastered under-stairs cupboard, removing our old fireplace and replastering, and removing/replacing our old bedroom ceiling. Marcin had been recommended by our son and we were not disappointed. Communication was excellent. Marcin always kept us informed of his plans for each day and takes a lot of pride in his work. Very reliable and responds to call/messages quickly. Very competitive on price and would highly recommend. He will be returning later in the year to repair our chimney which needs repair."

"Marcin and his team completed a removal of a load bearing wall to extend our kitchen in a grade 2 listed flat. We were absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. The quote was prompt, reasonable and accurate. Communication has always been excellent, answering phone calls and texts immediately. Day to day the team are friendly and able to give clear updates on the plan. The quality of work is exceptional and Marcin has been happy to make adjustments to the design when needed without any fuss. We were also very impressed by his recommended electrician and quartz surface supplier. Marcin stands out from our traders that we have encountered. He is honest, proactive and has a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend."

"Driveway gates repair. Marcin went above and beyond to repair my gates, he fitted a new top support beam at my last minuet request, repaired the sag (so I could finally once again close them without struggling) and re-enforced it all so that it wouldn't sag again in the future; His price was very competitive as normal, the quality was spot on and as usual his work was of a very high standard. Marcin also did a brilliant job of building my Car Port, very professional, quick, friendly, he went way beyond to make sure I was happy with his work and the final results. I would say that he is very skilled, good at his trade and takes a lot of pride in his work I would definitely recommend him and I will be using him again."
