- 5-year Parts and Labour Guarantee on all Ventilation Systems
- Mould Eradication Treatment including Wash Down of Mould and the Option of a Mould Inhibiting Paint Barrier.
- A 5-year Guarantee that the Mould will NOT return (where recommended ventilation and treatment systems are installed)

New bathroom fan to replace old fan, the fan suggested and installed was recommended as the one best suited for my flat which was appreciated rather than a standard fan which may not have been the most appropriate. Arrived on time and carried out work in a timely and professional manner. All communications 10/10"
