    "I am very impressed with More Than Loft Ladders, what a great company from start to finish. I needed to top up the insulation in my loft and put boarding on top. Lewis was really helpful in explaining and giving me different options and quotes, with no pressure. He has extensive knowledge of the regulations and what is feasible in different types of property. The fitters were punctual, polite and efficient, but without compromising on their high quality of workmanship. When they showed me the finished loft, they explained what they had done and were happy to answer any questions. I was so bowled over with it, I forgot to ask them about the loft lids over the shower lights. This was a small detail, but I emailed Lewis afterwards and he checked with the fitters and replied. Very reliable, great standard of work, friendly and knowledgeable, with attention to detail in customer service and the practicalities. I couldn't ask for more."

    "Excellent service from beginning to the end. No messing around when quote was given. Lewis knew his stuff, emailed me the quote before he even got back into his van. Workmen turn up on time. Did the job, cleaned up and left within 3 hours. All loft boarded, shelves put up, loft hatch made larger, smoke alarm moved, ladder installed and a grab rail put in as I requested. I wish all companies were this good and professional. Thank you and have mentioned you to friends and family already. 15/10. Thank you"

    "Excellent - easy to arrange free quote that was competitive and detailed. Appointment arranged at our convenience and work (loft hatch and wooden ladder) completed within 2 hours. The contractor arrived on time and provided overshoes, coverings and cleaned up afterwards."
