"Called Monument after reading the TaT reviews, was able to sort a suitable time on my day off, and was kept updated as to when he was on the way. Arrived at the agreed time, instantly diagnosed the problem and potential problem (They fixed a dripping sink tap), fixed it first time and also provided some advice on another issue. Very happy and will have no problem in calling again the next time I need a plumber. Thank you!"

"Having reliable, skilled plumbers is critical. Kevin from Monument Plumbing was exceptional. He responded immediately, diagnosed the issue from photos, and came the next morning fully prepared. He carefully removed, cleaned, repaired, and reinstalled the shower cartridges, and everything now works perfectly. What impressed us most was his professionalism. Kevin explained everything clearly, offered different options, and made sure we understood and agreed before proceeding. He takes real pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Kevin is someone you can trust with your property. We highly recommend him and Monument Plumbing and will definitely work with him again."
