"Toilet cistern valve was faulty. The plumber was prompt in his response to my original request for help; upfront about the costs involved; friendly; reasonable with the quotation; reassuring; efficient and cleaned up after the job. I would have no hesitation in using and recommending the services of Monument Plumbing again. Thank you."

"Called Monument after reading the TaT reviews, was able to sort a suitable time on my day off, and was kept updated as to when he was on the way. Arrived at the agreed time, instantly diagnosed the problem and potential problem (They fixed a dripping sink tap), fixed it first time and also provided some advice on another issue. Very happy and will have no problem in calling again the next time I need a plumber. Thank you!"
