"We asked for Mr Ponting to install some telescopic air bricks and do some pointing with lime mortar. We have damp issues in our house. He came and quoted for job when he said; unlike others. He arrived on day 1, got the men started but the men left without installing all the air bricks agreed. I emailed Mr Ponting when I got home and he phoned me back first thing next morning. He immediately got things sorted that day. We are very happy with this, mistakes can always happen but this is man who cares about his reputation on trust a trader. I would highly recommend him and its a genuine family business."

"MJ Ponting and team have just completed our bedroom extension and ensuite. Friendly, professional guys who treat you home with respect whilst carrying out a good job within the time frame quoted. As with any building work, there were a few issues however these were overcome quickly. Have no hesitation in recommending."

"Martin came to fix some structural cracks in my house in Oxford. He also renewed the lead where my lean-to conservatory joins the house, and did some other small jobs. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Also punctual on all occasions and I felt perfectly at ease leaving him to carry out the work while I was at my day job."
