"Valentin provided outstanding service today. He tackled a particularly stubborn fault in my very old central heating system, made even more challenging by the awkward access to the loft, but he didn’t give up and found a solution. Throughout the visit he was calm, patient and exceptionally hard-working, staying well into the evening to make sure everything was completed properly. I’m genuinely grateful for his effort and professionalism. Excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend his company. I’ll certainly be using them again."
