Sandra - Image 1 "Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable, which was a relief after contacting two previous metal work companies and getting no help whatsoever. Dave welded three lugs onto my metal bi-folding gate to prevent thieves lifting the drop bars to get inside my property. He also drilled deep the holes for the drop bars and installed metal rings inside that sit proud from the ground. This will reduce the amount of debris and water getting inside the holes thus preventing the drop bars from dropping. This measure should also minimise the risk of the drop bars freezing to the ground when it is very cold. Dave supplied me with two Master keyed alike padlocks with security rating 8. I had found that someone got hold of a key for my previous Abus Sumariner restricted profile padlock despite the supplier Toolchimp saying otherwise. I would say that if you want a professional, courteous, punctual person to do your metal works then Dave of MetalArt Fabrication is your man!"

"Since Covid began in March I began a campaign to lose 2 stone in weight. So used my cross trainer everyday since without fail and lost 2.5 stones. Then yesterday a supporting strut on my trainer fractured and couldn't use it. Tried to buy another machine on eBay / everywhere online, but as everyone is locked in and gyms are shut could not get one. I was really stressed about putting weight back on having worked hard to shift it. Contacted these guys and David offered to weld the bar back together. He charged just £20, did a great job and this morning the machine has withstood my regular 90 minutes sash. I am so grateful to David. Really helped me out and did so with such good grace as it was an unusual request. If the service I received is anything to go by then I'd absolutely recommend MetalArt Fabrication without hesitation. Thx again ! Really grateful !"
