Merlins Property Services Ltd are a small company established in 2008, and offer a friendly and professional service. We are based in Ipswich and cover the local areas including Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket.

"I had a list of little jobs to do. Hanging pictures, fixing curtain pole, and beading on flooring etc. Jason came, was nice and friendly, very professional. He even had time to put together some flat pack garden furniture, and he is dog friendly! I will definitely recommend and use again, when needed."

"Had some really heavy custom oak shelves to put into plaster/stud wall. Jason did a fantastic job and then went the extra mile too by obliging to sort some last minute bits I wanted done. Really good service and they use the best gear for security. Will definitely use these lot again!"
