    "i have used Mend before, so went back to them. They arrived on time and fixed my freezer, which wasn't working properly. Altogether great work. I was a bit annoyed, however, to receive a phone call some days later reeling off a load of HTTP jargon, when I had already received an email. Please Mend, stop pestering for a review."

    "Our 20+ year old Maytag Fridge Freezer developed a fault that we thought we had solved, but it returned 6 weeks later at the height of a heatwave. I identified Kalan at Mend who immediately visited to identify the root cause, as I already had the fridge freezer torn down to aid his investigation. Kalan immediately identified the fault and confirmed the parts to repair the fault were available. The fix was applied on July 18th and our appliance has been fault free for the last 10 days.
