We are Mead Maintenance & Construction, a property maintenance and construction team based in North Hertfordshire offering property refurbishments and building services for homeowners and businesses.
We began as a decorating and plastering specialist and now manage full property refurbishments by coordinating with qualified trades to deliver tailored packages. We have completed interior and exterior work for domestic dwellings, offices, churches, schools, care homes and surgeries, and we supply and install quality materials with PAT-tested power tools. We can provide a risk assessment and method statement on request, and we wear correct PPE to meet site requirements.

"Corey and his team fitted a rear extension for me. He managed the whole job from getting us out the ground to getting the final coat of paint on the walls. He responded to all questions and quieres and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend enough"
