    "Very impressed with this company. My key was stuck in the outside of my conservatory door which meant I couldn’t lock it. After calling and explaining the problem I was given advice over the phone and they then came within the hour to replace the lock. They even returned the next day with extra keys (that I requested). Could not fault the professional and reliable service offered - it’s so rare to get that from firms nowadays so felt I wanted to write a review. Thanks so much for fixing the problem."

    "Really impressed with the company, who fitted new door locks. Responded to calls, turned up when they said they would (2 visits), very polite, knew their stuff, and gave very good advice about the work needed (with them almost actively discouraging the most expensive option). Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
