Vicky Kaplan - Image 1 "Mark fitted 5 add. radiators with remote thermostat control and the whole experience was faultless from start to finish. This is the 3rd job Mark has done for me, and that alone says everything, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. His pricing is unbeatable and the standard of his workmanship is exceptional. Mark is a true perfectionist who clearly takes enormous pride in his work. He carefully lifted carpets, worked under floorboards and was meticulous about keeping everything clean and tidy. Every day he left the house absolutely pristine! Mark is friendly, professional, always punctual, and an absolute pleasure to have in the house. He goes above and beyond, explaining things clearly and making sure everything is finished to the highest standard. I’m so happy with the results and cannot recommend Mark highly enough. If you want outstanding quality, reliability, and someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly, Mark is the one — I won’t go anywhere else."

"Mark and his team have just completed a superb wet room for us. From the first meeting I was reassured that mark was really listening to my needs for a bathroom that suited the needs of a disabled family member. Discussion was had at every stage to ensure the finished design and layout was fit for purpose as well as looking good. Mark and Lewis and the whole team worked extremely hard to complete the job as promptly as possible to minimise disruption to our household, even working weekends. The finished result is a slick modern looking wet room, but is perfect for the needs of a disabled person, and the mobility aids required. We used the shower for first time today and it worked so well . I would have no hesitation to recommend Mark and his team to anyone who wants a quality bathroom fitted by a lovely team. They will be coming back to do work on another bathroom in our home, we are so pleased with their work"

"Had my boiler changed to a combi and also radiators moved and changed. Also new shower room fitted which involved much reconfiguring Very satisfied with all the work carried out Mark and Lewis were friendly and approachable and the work was carried out to a high standard Very satisfied. Would highly recommend"

"Had these guys in to fit our ideal boiler. Was ecstatic that it came with a 12 year warranty too. They were friendly, fun and efficient. They worked cleanly, quickly and professionally in fact nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and have them back for all future renovations."
