Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

Mandells Domestic Appliances LLP comes highly recommended as a reliable, family-run team for white goods repairs and installations. Customers praise Amanda’s reassuring communication, with engineers like Sam and Eric repeatedly noted for being punctual, diagnosing faults quickly and explaining the work clearly—whether it’s a blocked washing machine drain, a Bosch tumble dryer belt, or issues with ovens, dishwashers and microwaves.

What Customers Say

Punctual, professional engineers: “Sam was prompt and knew exactly what the problem was,” and customers repeatedly mention arriving on time, such as an oven fixed the next day (Tuesday 25th) and a washing machine sorted before 9am after a late-night message.
Clear pricing and no surprises: Reviews highlight “no hidden costs,” “charges advised upfront,” and even a “final price less than originally quoted.”
Honest advice and value for money: Time and parts decisions are trusted—dishwashers fixed or replaced when appropriate, and one customer said they’re “honest” and that using Mandells “rarely” means buying new appliances.
