    "Mark was great! Very professional and clear with what was feasible and upfront about cost. He always replied to questions and continues to answer questions after the job. He seemed to genuinely want to do a good job but also get it done in a reasonable time. From our untrained eye, the work looks good and Mark was considerate with keeping things clean/cleaning up afterwards."
