"I asked Mark to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition inspection of a property I was purchasing. Mark was very helpful and spent some time talking me through the electrics in the house, helping me to prioritise which areas could be upgraded now and reassuring me that I didn't need to go for a total rewire! Based on his advice, I asked him to fit a new consumer unit and carry out some other upgrade works in the garage: I was very pleased with the neat work and the price. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Mark's help again when I next have electrical works to do!"
