From the initial quotation to finishing the job Michael and the team were happy to explain everything that was happening and answer any questions.     "I had a leak at the chimney flashing on my roof. Michael came to inspect and madd a suggestion of other work that was needed. He was able to show the problem in a very professional way. A price was agreed and a date set. The biggest problem was the bad weather delaying Michael’s other work but he and Wendy kept me fully informed. Michael offered a new date at short notice which was fine for me. He completed the job in a day, was very thorough and left the site clean. With the recent snow the repair has been tested and found to be excellent with no further evidence of leaks Very happy with the work undertaken and Michael and Wendy keeping me updated. Five stars without hesitation"
