"Excellent customer service with clear communication from the office throughout. Jordan was friendly and efficient, explained the problem, the part was ordered and he returned to fix it leaving the bathroom clean and tidy. The whole operation was very professional. Would highly recommend."

"We had a leak coming down into a downstairs toilet, which we suspected was from he heating system. Contacted the office and they were excellent in providing help and said someone would be with us in a few hours, which they where. Stephen arrived promptly and began investigating the source, which meant removing stubborn floorboards, and soon found the issue. The problem part was replaced and everything put back within a couple of hours. Everything was left very clean and the guys where very helpful and professional in helping us. I would definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone."

"Steve and his team were very good. We have used them in the past and each time has been the same. Always turn up when they say, good workmanship and tidy. I would also like to make reference to the 2 other colleagues (Jordan & Ethan), they are so polite and good workers, they are a credit to the business."

"Very happy with the service. Jordan was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly while carrying out both the service and radiator repair to a high standard. Communication was excellent, and the admin team were easy to deal with, providing advance notice of when Jordan would arrive. Pricing was very reasonable too, around half the cost of a local competitor. Highly recommended."
