"I am extremely delighted with this company. The repair on my boiler and my toilet leak were fairly simple jobs but because of my work commitments elsewhere they fitted in around my availability. Their communication was excellent and made the whole process easy and stress free. They also gave me invaluable advice regarding future replacement. They were the least pushy company I have come across and they will be the first people I call if and when needed. Extremely polite courteous and professional and I am very happy to recommend to others."

"L&W used to replace a leaky shower cubicle and tray; L&W recommended and supplied the replacement cubicle and tray (very pleased with the quality of these items); on stripping out the original shower extensive hidden water damage found in the stud wall; this was repaired and shower fitted within the original two day timescale; all through the installation we were kept informed and presented with recommendations; they demonstrated meticulous planning in reconstructing the stud wall and cubicle; we are extremely pleased with the final result; highly recommended."
