"Appointed after reading reviews but left disappointed with works. Although some aspects of the works were good, some were not. Not enough care taken and lack of attention to detail. Paint left on edges of glass panel in hallway and dirty fingerprints left on small sideboard door which was painted. Finishing where hallway walls meet light oak staircase was not very good and I saw that after job was done that section of skirting board in hallway was only painted with undercoat and tops of door architraves where wall meets door frame were not painted at all. Some paint on sofa upholstery (which I know was done by accident but more care should have been taken) and black marks from hoover nozzle were made on light oak steps on staircase!"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback. I am very disappointed that you are not happy with the work however when we were leaving I have asked you if everything looks ok. You said yes. We have covered all floor and furniture, put masking tape around the all sockets as well. Everyday we were coming there was something wrong and we had to fix it. small paint mark on sofa was done by accident and I have offered to pay for cleaning and you have said no. Kind regards Lukas Decor"
