    "Awful experience. Their terms and conditions are within a link at the bottom of their 'estimate' which will force you to pay the full estimate cost whether they do the work or not. We have ended up paying over £1500 for 30 minutes of work (as none of the work listed on estimate was required). They went off to another job after 30 minutes and charged the full amount. We paid £300 for call out but they continued to demand full payment.I would not recommend this trader."

    "Lucking Utility Services were first class from start to finish. They communicated well, checked with us on extras, explained at each stage of replacing our mains water pipe what was happening. They left our garden brick patio and path exactly as it had been after digging. We got a comprehensive report and follow up to assure us the work would be accepted by Thames Water. It’s a great company!"

    Chris - Image 1 "From start to finish, Lucking Utility Services were prompt, efficient and professional throughout. They worked to the schedule, were punctual and after reinstating necessary holes they had to made, they also removed all surplus materials and rubbish."
