Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

Lee and the team at LPS Roofing come across again and again as honest, reliable and genuinely customer-focused—one review sums it up as “honest, reliable, and trustworthy,” with “fair pricing” and “excellent communication.” Customers in Medway, Chatham and across Kent praised Lee’s prompt quotes (often “quickly” and sometimes “the day i spoke to him”), clear explanations of options, and professional workmanship on everything from flat roofs and GRP fibreglass systems to ridge tiles, facias, gutters and parapet rendering.

What Customers Say

  • Communication & trust: Reviews highlight Lee as “very helpful,” “kept me informed at all times,” and even using “phone camera” updates to show repair progress.
  • Punctual, tidy, and respectful: Customers repeatedly mention arriving when promised—“turned up on the day”—and leaving sites clean and secure, with debris cleared quickly.
  • Great workmanship on real roofing needs: From stopping water ingress on flat roofs (“water coming inside”) to waterproofing bay roofs, refelting lodge roofs, and fixing chimney stacks, work is described as to a “fantastic standard,” with examples like fibreglass roofing, dry verge, repointing, and rendering parapet walls.

"Lee from LPS Roofing Services is truly incredible – honest, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, the service was professional, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. There are plenty of roofing companies out there, and unfortunately, some are more interested in taking your money than providing a quality service, but Lee at LPS Roofing Services is genuinely dependable, transparent, excellent communication, fair pricing, and takes real pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LPS Roofing Services to anyone looking for a trusted roofing contractor in Medway, Chatham, or the wider Kent area. Highly recommended."

Claire - Image 1 "We were looking for our bay roof to be made waterproof, and reached out to Lee for advice/a quote. He got back to me quickly and we made an appointment to view the works, which we then hired him to carry out. Lee is very personable, helpful and listens to your questions/concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to have Lee back to work on our roof and I will recommend him to others."
