Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

Lee from LPS Roofing (often alongside his brother Ricky) is repeatedly praised for being friendly, honest and dependable, with customers highlighting his “very fair price”, “great communication” and the way he keeps people updated from the first visit through to completion. Work ranges from flat roof repairs and full GRP fibreglass installations to fixing chimney stacks, parapet walls, gutters and ridge tiles—often leaving sites “clean” and “tidy”, even clearing blocked gutters while he’s up there.

What Customers Say

  • Communication and reliability: Customers mention he’s “prompt to return messages”, turned up “on time” and kept them informed, including when weather affected timelines—“we knew what was happening and when”.
  • Quality workmanship and attention to detail: Reviews praise finishing touches and practical roofing solutions, from “re-felting our Lodge Roof” to a “Cure-it GRP fibreglass system”, with many noting the work has held up long-term (including “18 months later had no issues”).
  • Honest advice and great service: Lee is described as “honest, reliable, and trustworthy”, explaining options clearly and even advising on work he felt unnecessary; clients also value the “old fashioned kind of service” and tidy clean-ups.

"Lee from LPS Roofing Services is truly incredible – honest, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, the service was professional, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. There are plenty of roofing companies out there, and unfortunately, some are more interested in taking your money than providing a quality service, but Lee at LPS Roofing Services is genuinely dependable, transparent, excellent communication, fair pricing, and takes real pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LPS Roofing Services to anyone looking for a trusted roofing contractor in Medway, Chatham, or the wider Kent area. Highly recommended."

Claire - Image 1 "We were looking for our bay roof to be made waterproof, and reached out to Lee for advice/a quote. He got back to me quickly and we made an appointment to view the works, which we then hired him to carry out. Lee is very personable, helpful and listens to your questions/concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to have Lee back to work on our roof and I will recommend him to others."
