"Liam from LP Properties Services was my knight in shining armour! I contacted him as he often worked with the company that was going to do my rewiring. He agreed to do the 'making good' to fit in with my schedule, infact I only expected him to do the bedrooms as I needed to paint them before new carpets were fitted, but he did the whole house whilst the rewiring was ongoing and finished the day after the electricians. He went above and beyond fixing loose/missing floorboards, skirting boards and a leak that I didn't know I had under the kitchen sink. Nothing phased him! He always replied promptly if I contacted him, his work was excellent, he left the house tidy and clean at the end. I would highly recommend him and will be definitely contacting him for jobs that I can't do."

"We hired Liam and Steve to redecorate the hall, stairs and landing as well as replacing the bannister (and a couple of little extras we found whilst they were here). They were thorough and did a brilliant job, even advising that it would be better to use a different paint on the woodwork as what we had chosen would yellow over time. They turned up on time each day and tidied up after themselves so you wouldn't have know they'd been. They were recommended to us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else. Looking forward to hiring them for jobs in the future."

"We hired Liam and Steve to carry out a big renovating job on our Annex, which covered a kitchenette/living room & bedroom, & bathroom ceiling. We also got them to redecorate our utility room. We couldn't have chosen anyone better. They've overhauled a dark and claustrophobic space into a wonderful welcoming living area, tackling every problem that arose with ease and keeping us informed at all times. They've been the most respectful, polite and genuinely friendly workers we've ever had on site. Extremely hard working and reliable, easy to work with and discuss changes any problems or changes required, going above and beyond what was expected of them. The work they managed to achieve in just three weeks has been unbelievable, and all to a fantastic standard. We really could not be happier with their work and we will absolutely be using them for more work in the near future!"

"We’ve had Liam from LP Property Services come to our home several times now and every time he has done a fantastic job. Most recently Liam replaced our old rotten patio decking, which is now safe to walk on, has given us more space through his ideas/vision, and it looks awesome. He is incredibly efficient, reliable, and he takes great pride in his work. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to the highest standard. What really sets him apart from a customer service point of view is his communication - he's collaborative, clear, responsive, and always keeps us informed throughout the job. We wouldn't hesitate to ask him back for future work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable builder."
