"When I first saw the name London Boiler Company, I worried they might be a large impersonal, corporate outfit where I would be just another job. I couldn't have been more wrong. I had several quotes for a new combi boiler, but when I met Tom, his knowledge and professionalism stood out so much that I wanted his team to do the job. Living alone, it is important for me to feel safe and comfortable with tradespeople in my home. Tom and Jerry were an absolute pleasure to have around. They worked brilliantly together, a bit of a double act as their names suggest! They were polite, friendly, professional, efficient, and punctual. The quality of their work is outstanding. They went above and beyond by replacing the messy pipework left behind from the previous installation. They were exceptionally tidy throughout the day, cleaning up after themselves. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free professional experience. (Just make sure you buy plenty of biscuits !)"

"We were so close to going with British Gas for our new boiler but after speaking with Tom, we felt completely reassured that we’d be in great hands! From our first conversation on Monday evening to having a brand new boiler installed by Thursday, what an amazing turnaround! The communication was fantastic, the work was super tidy and professional and most importantly, the price was affordable. Tom took the time to explain exactly what the installation would involve, from helping us choose the right boiler to explaining how they would make good the cement and brickwork after replacing the flue. Every step was clearly explained, and we felt reassured throughout the whole process. We’re so glad to have finally found such a reliable company to turn to for those unexpected home emergencies. It makes such a difference knowing there are trustworthy professionals out there who genuinely care about doing a great job. Thank you Tom and Jerry - what a duo!"
