"We were so close to going with British Gas for our new boiler but after speaking with Tom, we felt completely reassured that we’d be in great hands! From our first conversation on Monday evening to having a brand new boiler installed by Thursday, what an amazing turnaround! The communication was fantastic, the work was super tidy and professional and most importantly, the price was affordable. Tom took the time to explain exactly what the installation would involve, from helping us choose the right boiler to explaining how they would make good the cement and brickwork after replacing the flue. Every step was clearly explained, and we felt reassured throughout the whole process. We’re so glad to have finally found such a reliable company to turn to for those unexpected home emergencies. It makes such a difference knowing there are trustworthy professionals out there who genuinely care about doing a great job. Thank you Tom and Jerry - what a duo!"

"We’ve worked with Tom and the team at London Boilers Limited right from when the company first started, and I can genuinely say they’re a great company to work with. Tom is extremely good at what he does and takes a lot of pride in his work, and the same can be said for the rest of his team. We’ve worked alongside them on plenty of jobs over the years and their boiler and heating installations are always incredibly neat, tidy and finished to a really high standard. They’re reliable, easy to deal with and, most importantly, they do things properly. Being in the trades ourselves, we know good workmanship when we see it, and we’re always happy to recommend Tom and his team to our own customers. It says a lot when you’re comfortable putting another company’s name forward to your customers, and London Boilers Limited is definitely one of those companies. "I couldn't be happier with London Boilers. From the moment I reached out, their response was immediate. Within just a couple of days, they came to assess our setup and gave us a clear, upfront quote on the spot. Once we agreed, booking the installation was fast and seamless. On installation day, they arrived right on time and did a brilliant job replacing our boiler. It was no easy task - the roof exit pipe turned out to be quite tricky, but they knew exactly how to handle it. They expertly fitted specialised angled pipes and completed the complex job flawlessly. Communication was fantastic throughout, with Tom always replying instantly to any questions. Professional, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend London Boilers :) Magdalena"
