"Within a couple of hours of my leaving a message that I had a water stain in the ground floor ceiling they were round. We discussed the problem agreed a plan. It was necessary to cut an access panel to inspect the underside of a shower. This was done neatly. The leak point was identified but as it was late it could not be repaired that day. They apologised that they could not return the next day as they had already allocated their time to another client, but they came back on the third day, to within about 30 mins of their predicted arrival. The repair was made and better isolation valves were fitted. The damp is drying out. They hoovered up the mess in teh floor space left by the original installers. If only all workmen were so efficient, polite, tidy and helpful."
