    "These chaps sorted a HUGE leak in old lead pipes under my mothers lounge floor that had meant shutting off the water. They got a guy round initially to do a temp repair really quickly to get the water back in and the their guys later did a full replacement and stop cock installation at the earliest possible time The work was for an 80 year old woman and they were polite, efficient, clean and reasonably priced and more then that nobody really can ask Very recommended"

    "I had a radiator fitted towards the end of last year. While there’s nothing wrong with the actual fitting, he left four holes and pen markings on my wall where he clearly miscalculated his measurements. He didn’t bring a pencil with him, so I lent him a pen, not realising it was intended to mark up my wall. When he left, he never mentioned the state he’d left my wall in. Perhaps he hoped I wouldn’t notice. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I feel I have too, even if it is a bit late. I now have to fill the holes and repaint. The more I think about it, the more irritated it makes me. He also didn’t balance out the radiators, so until I bought a key, the only hot radiator in my flat was the new one. Not the worst thing in the world, but if I know to do that, I would have thought a professional definitely would."

    Trader reply: "Thanks for your emaIl, you should have told us about the pen marks or holes we would have looked at them, we always test the rads when we complete work, it could be an airlock that stopped them working, we cover all our work for 12 months, so all you had to do was call us and we would have gladly returned free of charge, you say you got a key? If this to bleed them, they will still need balancing, please call us on 0208 664 9099 to book a return free of charge visit to check all of the rads."

    "LHPS sent round one of their experienced team to help me with a difficult radiator hang. I had a heavy double radiator which needed to go onto a very poor quality plasterboard wall. The guy (Dan) nipped out to get some extra parts that he needed and installed the radiator without any fuss or bother. He was extremely quick, efficient and tidy and I thought the whole job was priced very fairly too. Can't recommend enough."
