"Bogdan exceeded all expectations as well as most experiences with trades we’ve had. His communication was excellent and polite, both before and after the work was completed- it was a joy deal dealing with him in all respects. He was on site within a few hours, on a Saturday. even though it wasn’t an emergency situation. He clearly saw the issue quickly and communicated various options to us. Once we have decided on the course of action, he completed it very quickly and efficiently. And the lock is working very well now. I really cannot praise him highly enough clearly Bogdan is not just talented at his work but also a very lovely human being. If all trades were this efficient and nice, the world would be a better place. A wonderful experience. - lisa"

"Bogdan did a fantastic job with my front door lock. He communicated his time of arrival, the issue with the door and was transparent about the costs. He was professional and got my lock fixed in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend him more!"

"Initially Bogdan gave honest advice on how I might be able to solve the issue myself but to reach out if I still had trouble (always a great sign). I wasn’t able to fix it myself and Bogdan came out same day and kept me updated on his ETA. He completed the job to a high quality and our door works properly again! Would 100% recommend."
