    "I engaged Luan from LHB Builders based on seeing his work at a friend's house. He was prompt in responding and the estimate was acceptable. He arrived on time and also when late , he kept me informed and in the loop. His work was very neat and where he needed specialists ( e.g.. Electrician, asbestos removal etc.) he brought in the correct qualified tradesmen. The work was completed on time and within the agreed price. I found him to be very flexible and accommodating too. No one is perfect, but as long your expectation is reasonable you will get a very satisfactory results from his work. Also, what really matters is when you have an issue you need a response, this is very important and Luan provided that most important service. I will hire him any time and highly recommend you discuss your requirements with him."

    "Luan identified and repaired the leaks in our family bathroom, installed new underfloor heating, replaced tiling in the shower, floor and toilet surround, and undertook general redecoration. Luan’s work is of a high standard, he works efficiently and effectively at a reasonable cost, and his helpful and considered advice is borne out of extensive experience and knowledge. Our bathroom now looks like a brand new bathroom, though we have only made a few changes, mainly due to Luan’s skills. We are very happy with the building and decoration Luan completed for us and have no hesitation recommending him."
