"Louis visited my house to give me an initial free quote and on the day I booked him, he texted me to apologise that he was running a bit late. He arrived and completed the job without any fuss whatsoever and cleaned up before he left. He was very professional, friendly and courteous throughout. I wouldn't hesitate in using him again as well as recommending him to friends and neighbours."

"A few tiles were missing from my roof and needed replacing quickly due to heavy rain forecast. I contacted Louis and sent him a photo of the house and roof. He very quickly came back with a quote which I thought was very good value. He promised to do it within a couple of days. The next day I get a call whilst I am out from Louis to say he had been to the house and completed the job. Now that is service. I have no more worries about what I will do if my roof needs further attention - I will call Louis"

"Louis has done several guttering jobs for me and he has always done a thorough job at a sensible price. The latest job involved a replacement of a front guttering for a terraced, Victorian house. The job was done within a day and the front area was neat and clean afterwards with all the rubbish removed."
