"I had a problem with the flow rate of water which meant that despite having three showers in the house and a mega flow system, we could only have one shower operating at any one time. I was suggested installing Power Tank or Accumulator as a potential solution by many other plumbers but Lewis suggested a more economical solution to upgrade the mains pipe from 15 mm to 25 mm first and then see if we needed and then see if we did need more expensive solutions like power tanks and accumulators. Seemed like a logical idea and I had him organise the necessary. I must say the difference it made is positively noticeable and at less than half the cost of other solutions. Like others, he could have sold me an expensive solution but he is a person of honesty and integrity. You don’t find such traits easily these days. He and his team did a very good and clean job and left the place clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend his services. He knows what he is doing and has customer care at heart too."

"Lewis attended at my property when he said he would and explained to me that I already had the part I required under my gas hob. He was so polite and helpful. He wouldn't charge me for the advice.
