Steve Knight Construction is a High Wycombe based family run Building Company with over 40 years experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry. We specialise in extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions & refurbishments. (Please not we do not carry out work on Rental Properties or undertake Insurance work) Through our large & varied Subcontractor base we are able to cover most aspects of your project, guiding you seamlessly through your build from start to finish. We are based in Hazlemere (HP15) & cover the following areas only. High Wycombe, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Amersham, Great Missenden, Loudwater, Beaconsfield, Flackwell Heath, Bourne End, Maidenhead, Marlow & Princes Risborough.
We appreciate that everyone has a budget & that it is important when choosing the right Builder that the quote provided includes everything that is required to complete your project. We use our 40+ years of experience to ensure that we always meet our clients on site before we quote, to discuss & understand requirements in full. This ensures that our quotes are clear, concise & transparent. This way we can guarantee that you will not pay more than the quoted price unless you request any further work to be carried out.
We guarantee a friendly, clean & tidy service. All our tradesmen are highly experienced, fully insured & qualified in their respective trades. We cover trades including groundwork, bricklaying, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering, glazing, carpentry, tiling & flooring. We can also put you in touch with decorators & kitchen fitters so we are able to offer the complete package.
If you want cheap as chips, then we are not the builders for you. However if you want a professional job, at a fair price, done right, then please get in contact & see how we can help bring your project to life.

"We engaged Steve Knight Construction's services to build a new wrap round extension to our house. Our initial impression of Steve was that he was completely upfront and transparent about the scope of the works. He explained exactly what we could expect from his company, during the project. But just as importantly, he explained that there would be things we would also need to do, in order for the job to run smoothly. Communication from Steve and Michele has been faultless throughout. As with any large project, there have been snags. But Steve has sorted these out with the minimum of fuss, and kept us in the loop at all times. His team of tradesmen have also been fantastic. We particularly liked the fact that all the coordination between the trades has been under Steve's umbrella, rather than us having to find different tradesmen. And the finished project was exactly how we hoped it would be! On time, and within budget (apart from some extras we added). I would highly recommend Steve."
