Steve Knight Construction is a High Wycombe based Building Company with 40 years experience in all aspects of the Construction Industry. We are able to cater for all your building needs & specialise in extensions, loft conversions & refurbishments. Through our large & varied Subcontractor base we are able to cover most aspects of your project, guiding you seamlessly through your build from start to finish. We are based in Hazlemere (HP15) & cover the following areas only. High Wycombe, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Amersham, Great Missenden, Loudwater, Beaconsfield, Flackwell Heath, Bourne End, Maidenhead, Marlow & Princes Risborough.
We appreciate that everyone has a budget & that it is important when choosing the right Builder that the quote provided includes everything that is required to complete your project. We use our 40 years of experience to ensure that we always meet our clients on site before we quote, to discuss & understand requirements in full. This ensures that our quotes are clear, concise & transparent. This way we can guarantee that you will never pay a penny more than the quoted price unless you request any further work to be carried out.
We guarantee a friendly, clean & tidy service. All our tradesmen are highly experienced, fully insured & qualified in their respective trades. We also ensure that all our tradesmen are fully vetted to ensure your peace of mind.
We cover trades including groundwork, bricklaying, roofing, electrical, plumbing, plastering, glazing, carpentry, tiling, flooring, decoration, kitchen supply & fitting so we are able to offer the complete package.

"We hired Steve Knight Construction to convert a double garage in our Grade II listed property into a high-end, modern living space with a lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. From gutting the structure to the bare bones to the final touches, Steve’s team delivered exceptional quality throughout - while carefully following all the regulations that come with listed buildings. The workmanship is outstanding, and every problem along the way was handled professionally and without fuss. What really stood out was the team's respectful attitude and high level of skill. Steve’s team of builders, tiler, electricians etc. was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home. Communication was clear from start to finish, and any questions we had were answered promptly by Steve and Michele. We’re very happy with how the space has turned out – it’s made a real difference. "Steve came highly recommended by a friend so we asked if he could quote to convert the grass area of our driveway to shingle. He arrived when he said, was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a very reasonable quote. Everything was handled by Steve and his team, the guys on the job were great - punctual, tidy and kept us informed of each stage. The driveway was completed in good time and we are so happy with it! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Steve for future work, we were really impressed."

"From the minute Steve walked in the house he gave me confidence on the alterations I was looking at. He started on a mutually agreed date carried out everything he said he was going to in a timely, professional manner, nothing was an issue and the guys cleared up and left areas sensibly after every days work. All the trades were friendly, diligent and respectful of my home. The works included general building alterations with new and infilled openings, electrical works, plastering and joinery with a really smart hardwood herringbone floor. All in all really professional from start to finish. I personally spent 40 years in construction so would like to feel I know what good looks like and Steve and his team exceeded expectations. Highly recommended! The starting price was the finishing price as well."
