Leadway Developments & Construction Ltd specialise in Extensions and Conversions in and around Sidcup, Bexley and the surrounding areas and we have been creating beautiful well crafted extensions for over 15 years.
All work is carried out by our in house team and we never sub work out.

- Client wanted to show off there stunning artwork in this contemporary Extension in Sidcup.

- Client was looking to create a seating area within a large open plan extension. Design was by Leadway and the feature wall was bespoke art-wall by Leadway too.

We were a bit apprehensive as we had not found them by word of mouth, but all our fears were put to rest on the very first day to the last day. .. "Den and his crew were excellent during the construction of a storage room in our garden. They were all very professional and polite with good attitudes and manners. They communicated with us very well and answered all of our questions whenever we asked them. Den was very approachable and replied to my messages promptly. We have not been charged any hidden extras, and they adhered to the specified timetable and schedule. They really did a fantastic job, and I can't praise them enough. In future, for any building related work, we will look no further, and we will have no hesitation in choosing Den and his team for the work. "Thought Den and the guys were brilliant. Punctual, hard working and each different person turned up exactly when promised (plasterer/plumber/electrician etc). Our garage is now a new bedroom and the extra living space will make a big difference to us - can't recommend them highly enough."
