We ran in to several problems along the way and he found solutions to them all, each time ensuring the design was solid before progressing. The project included steels underground, new foundations as well as building on an existing extension, fitting a bathroom, painting and Bill managed the project from start to finish. We had regular updates on progress and Bill was always quick to answer our queries. All tradespeople who worked on the project were professional and friendly. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend Lakes"

    "The team at Lakes completely redid our bathroom, taking it back to bare brick, changing plumbing and electrics and building out boxing around a complex array of existing pipework. The finished product is beautiful with and excellent finish with superb attention to detail as always."
