LR Property Solutions is a small, friendly business of painters and decorators. As such we offer a personal service to all our customers. For which we have been providing a high-quality finish for many years to domestic, commercial, landlords and insurance customers throughout London.
We know that in these busy times people often struggle to find the time to decorate their homes. Our friendly, experienced painters and decorators help to breathe a new lease of life into homes and offices so that our customers can once again enjoy the space in which they live.

We offer all internal and external painting and decorating services and take the time to understand everyone’s requirements so that we can complete the work to the highest possible specifications.

"Lulzim fitted our new lights as well as tidying up the electrics in our new flat and providing some advice. He is highly professional and friendly, and went above and beyond, helping me to collect the light fittings from the delivery location. He completed the work thoroughly and took the time to provide us with extra guidance about the electrics in our flat. Even though he stayed for longer than expected, he completed all the work for his initially quoted fixed fee. The lights look great and the loose wires and exposed live cables are gone from the flat. I will certainly ask him for any future work needed!"

"This was a relatively small job: chasing in a new plug point into a brick wall, adjacent to an existing power point and fitting a wall mounting for an infra red heating panel. Electricians are in heavy demand, so when Lulzim said he could do this within a few days, that was the first plus. His communication was prompt and courteous; he was on time; he was professional, efficient and helpful. The job was done quickly, tidily and the panel looks great. I would highly recommend Lulzim."
