"I thoroughly recommend KWM Property. They rendered, repainted and arranged roof works for my property, speedily provided a good value quote, and were very professional in all their communications. My house was not an easy job to do, and KWM were liaising with myself, my letting agent, and my neighbours throughout the work which added additional work for them, but all was done professionally and I was kept updated throughout the whole works. "We were looking for painters/decorators to paint two external walls of the house - mixture of masonry and timber. KWM were quick to respond to our query and came round and provided a detailed written quote, including the paint to be used etc. During the work itself communications, punctuality and quality of work was to a high standard. "I employed KWM for an external painting job to my house (front and rear). They responded quickly to my initial enquiry, arranged a site visit and provided a prompt and reasonable quote. They kept me informed about my prospective starting date, particularly when bad weather caused a couple of days' slippage in their programme. When the project started, their operatives were punctual, hard-working and tidy, and completed the work to a high standard. In addition, the project manager visited daily to check on progress, which I appreciated. I found all of the staff I dealt with - Shanie, Tony and Billy - friendly, accessible and willing to deal with queries honestly and openly. I'm very pleased with the work KWM have done in all respects."
