I am a bathroom specialist with 20 years of experience in the construction industry, based in Edinburgh and serving clients across the Lothians. I focus on one thing and one thing only: complete bathroom renovations. This is not a side service — it is the entire business.

What this means in practice. I do not take on small plumbing jobs, leak repairs, tap replacements, silicone re-seals, isolated tiling patches, or "while you're here" extras. By keeping my focus narrow, I deliver a level of finish and project control that general builders simply cannot match on a one-off bathroom.

My service. Full strip-out and refurbishment — from removing the old suite down to the joists or screed, through to the final coat of paint. Single point of contact — I project-manage every trade: plumbing, electrics (Part P), plastering, tiling, joinery, decoration. Wet rooms, walk-in showers, traditional suites — including waterproofing (tanking) to current standards. Insurance reinstatement work — I work directly with loss adjusters and write detailed scopes when required. Minimum project value: £3,000.

How I work. Free site visit and written, itemised quotation — no verbal "ballpark" figures. Clear written specification: what's included, what's not, payment stages. Realistic timelines based on lead times for materials and trades — not sales talk. Dust sheets, floor protection, daily clean-down — your home stays liveable. 12-month workmanship guarantee on completed installations.

Who I work with. Homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and insurance companies who want a bathroom done properly, once, by one specialist — not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
