"The job was a complete makeover of a ground floor bathroom with some subsidence and floor collapse. A bath was removed, floor made good, room fully tiled and a shower plumbed in and cubicle fitted. The work done was high quality with real attention to detail and very quick. The various tradesmen brought in, plumber, plasterer, etc. were of a high quality. Everybody was very pleasant and tidied as they went along. There were no gaps in the work schedule. I would recommend Neil's operation to anybody. Watch for the look of pride on his face!"

"Neil and his entire team have been excellent from start to finish. Communication was key for us and Neil always made sure we understood the process of what was going on, the timeline in which it would happen and the finish we could expect. The excellent quality of craftmenship says a great about the experience of the team and the pride they take in their work. They were able to over come all major and minor adjustments to the build as we went along. Any additional cost were discussed and agreed before they were done and to be clear the additional costs from the original quote were due to changes we requested not things that were added by him along the way. They extended our house and helped us create the perfect home. SO pleased with them we booked them back for the next job before they even left."

"I am very impressed by this company, they agreed to take over an extension project that was previously handled by traders who did not know what they were doing in compliance to building regulations, nor were they working to a professional standard. We found it very difficult to find any trader who were willing to take over this project yet Kontor Construction Ltd were not only willing to take it on but were very reasonably priced given the amount of work they had to undertake. They were extremely punctual, always arriving in advance and often working beyond the call of duty. The extension towards the back of our property was completed in advance and importantly to a very high level professional standard, they tick all the boxes there is no doubt about that. I would certainly recommend them and cannot praise them enough for what they have done for me and my family."
