    Ben Hay - Image 1 "Cistern was leaking through connection to bowl, due to poor fixing to floor from previous job. Upon isolation, the isolator valve began leaking, all of which needed replacing. Requested bowl also be secured to the floor correctly, which was done. Received advice after work completion that fill valve was over-filling, and was adjusted but would be worth monitoring. Work conducted promptly, and quickly to an acceptable standard, for a reasonable fee. Good communication throughout."
