"KJS replaced a flat roof on the extension to my dad's bungalow. Their initial quotation was very professional and clearly laid out the costs of materials and labour. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently and without fuss. At the end of the first day they tidied the site and covered the roof to make it weatherproof. They completed the job on the second day and left the site clean and tidy. Their final invoice was exactly the same amount as the initial quote with none of the "extras" that you so often get with building trades. They were friendly and helpful throughout and the work was carried out to a good standard."

"Highly recommended. A professional and quality service carried out efficiently, in the most difficult of weather conditions, to replace old leaking felt flat roof covering and skylights on mums bungalow. KJS also cleared all mess and materials leaving the area neat and tidy .
