    Justina - Image 1 "The service was excellent from start to finish. Andy came to survey our bathroom initially and provided very professional, client-centred advice, which was extremely helpful. He patiently explained the different options and helped us find the best solution for replacing our shower enclosure. John arrived on the arranged day and was absolutely professional throughout the installation. He took great care when removing the old enclosure and installing the new one, paying attention to all the surrounding areas as well. He made some really helpful suggestions and fitted everything perfectly. He also cleaned up everything afterwards, which we really appreciated. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and happy with the service we received. Both Andy and John were professional, helpful and attentive from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their service to everyone."

    "This is the second time Keystone Group has done work in our shower room, I was delighted with the first visit. This time it was to replace a radiator linked to the gas central heating for a dual power towel rail, supplied by Keystone. The shower room has no natural light and towels can take some time to dry, even in summer. The work required an electrician and a plumber. The first site visit was the electrician, to examine existing wiring and establish the best way to provide an electrical supply to the towel rail. I had also considered having extra sockets fitted in the living room, and thanks to discussion and advice from the electrician was able to make an informed choice. The price quoted for the work was very reasonable, and, I knew I wouldn’t be required to pay anything until I was totally happy with the work. The plumber and electrician who carried out the work were pleasant, clearly skilled in their trades and worked hard, tidying everything up. Highly recommend them."

    "I am delighted with Keystone Group. We needed some work done in our shower room, grouting, new sealant and fixing a new shower fitting. On contacting them, I received a swift response from Doug, talked through our precise requirement and received the quote for completion within a couple of days. Everything that would happen was explained, including payment on satisfactory completion of the work.Similarly, a date for doing the work was fixed quickly. Darren arrived on time, was friendly, professional, clearly knowledgeable about his trade and when asked, was happy to offer us advice. He worked hard and tidied up after each element of the work. The work was completed to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them for future work."
