    Anna - Image 1 "In October Charlie completed the 3rd project that we had engaged him to do. The 1st one was in January 2025 which was a kitchen refurb due to water damage. We were so delighted with the quality of workmanship that we then engaged him to do a complete garden refurb in July 2025 ie. relay the old concrete slab patio with Indian sandstone, move and erect a new shed at the bottom of the garden and finally, our passion project, build an outdoor bar in oak. An outstanding piece of work! Finally, in Oct 2025 he gutted & refurbed our Bathroom & toilet. The photos do not do his work justice. Suffice it to say, we piled on the projects because we rate the quality of his work (& the team he employs) so highly. Eminently trustworthy and a delight to have in our home. One more small project to go - the hallway. Would highly recommed."

    Tom - Image 1 "Charlie and his team did an extensive job across multiple rooms in our house (replastering, rewiring, redecorating, new fitted wardrobes, etc) and everything was completed to a really high standard and we were very impressed. Communication was great too so we knew how the project was tracking and it was completed very efficiently, and so much better than other builders we've worked with. We'd happily use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks Charlie!"

    "Our kitchen needed to be replaced including the floor due to water damage and I found Keycraft Construction through Trustatrader. Charlie and Scott were absolutely brilliant from the start. Exceptional work ethic, powered through every day. Everything that needed to be done was done perfectly even when I added a couple of extra jobs from my wish list. They were proactive and gave us very useful advice and suggestions, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so delighted with our new kitchen that we are booking them in for two more projects. They were a pleasure to have them in our home. Definitely recommend!!"

    Denis - Image 1 "MY ROYAL GAZEBO !!! Im so glad i come across this firm , this people are highly professional ( I mean highly) , reliable, honest, and not greedy ( which is very rare nowadays). I like Charley he s trustworthy and simply a decent person. Anyway s they v built the ROYAL Gazebo which went beyond my expectations for the 70/ of the market price ( which allowed me to upgrade my electric cooker for FREE!!!) The job was done in one day , professionally, quickly and clean. No corners cut , they even fixed my drainage pipe around the gazebo for FREE , painted the bottom of support studs with bitumen primer to stop timber rotting. I d highly recommend them as they are the best VALUE TO MY MONEY tradesmen I ever had. Want to say BIG thank you for the quality work. I l definitely call them again for the new project if anything comes along. Happy customer."
