    "I had invited Elson to quote my project for loft conversion couple years ago, and I have been impressed with his professional attitude, confidence with the project, competitive price. Even though I had not done project initially, I had asked him to do our job at a later date once we came to do it. He was by far most professional of all builders we had received quotes from hence I was happy to even wait for about 6 months for his availability. He done very clear payment schedule, he communicated every stage of work with me, gave me advance note of when and what materials had to be provided, he was always available to discuss the project and was comfortable with some changes we done during the project. Project was done well within timeframe, the quality of work is amazing, Elson liaised with building control directly that was great help and I did not need to be involved. I will certainly be asking Elson to help with future projects"
