    "I phoned Alan on a Tuesday to ask about a window that wouldn't close, he came round the same day and gave me a very reasonable price and explained that he didn't have the parts but could get them quickly. He remembered that I was not available on the Wednesday, then called me on the Thursday to arrange a time. He came straight round and fixed the window and installed a new locking handle for a very good price. I can't recommend him highly enough."

    "Alan came out on late notice and was with us within 15 minutes, we had an issue shutting and locking our door. Alan resolved this within the hour and got it working better than it had ever before. We were charged extremely genuinely for the repair and cannot fault him. Alan did a top job and is a top man. Highly recommended and we will use him again - Best price you'll find out there. Thank you!"
