"Great service above and beyond. After quickly completing the guttering work Michael checked the dormer flat roof, found a crack, repaired it promptly and thoroughly, saving me a lot of time and expense in the future. Highly recommended"

"This is the second time I’ve used Just Property Care. They replaced my roof/repointed the chimney in May 2025 and replaced my kitchen roof in January 2026 after an unexpected leak. Both times Michael and colleagues provided excellent service. Michael discussed all the options with me so I could decide which was best. He was thorough and the work was completed to a standard. He and his colleagues tidied up at the end of each day and the work completed efficiently and quickly.he also kept me informed on progress throughout the work. I would recommend Just Property Care to anyone needing roof tiling services."
